Attorney Perry Buckner Deloach. Jr., is our Firm’s founder and he is an experienced criminal lawyer and personal injury lawyer. He is trustworthy, hardworking and passionate about the practice of law. Attorney DeLoach was born and raised in Greenville County and is a longtime resident of the Upstate of South Carolina. He graduated with honors from Clemson University in 2001 and later earned his law degree from The University of South Carolina where he was an editor on the South Carolina Environmental Law Journal. In 2005, Attorney DeLoach returned to Greenville and he has been practicing law in Greenville ever since. Prior to opening his own practice, Attorney DeLoach served as a judicial law clerk for a South Carolina Circuit Court Judge, as a prosecutor for Pickens County, and as a prosecutor for Greenville County. Attorney DeLoach is a member of several organizations including the South Carolina Bar, the Greenville County Bar, the Greenville Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the South Carolina Association for Justice, and the Greenville, South Carolina Chapter of the American Inn of Court. In 2014, Attorney DeLoach was listed on The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers list as a personal injury lawyer, and in 2018 he was named as a Super Lawyers Rising Star.
