Perry Feinberg

Perry Feinberg is dedicated to advocating for clients in various personal injury cases, representing those who seek justice and compensation. As a member of the Feinberg family legacy, he follows in the footsteps of his grandfather Philip, who founded the law firm in 1946, and his father Robert, who has devoted 40 years to personal injury law.

Before joining Feinberg & Alban PC, Mr. Feinberg honed his skills at a civil defense firm focused on insurance defense litigation. He is an alumnus of Boston College Law School and was awarded a merit-based scholarship throughout his studies. In 2018, Mr. Feinberg was chosen to represent BC Law in a national oral advocacy competition.

Recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2024, Mr. Feinberg approaches each case with commitment, equipped with extensive deposition and mediation experience. His track record includes several cases resolved in the six-figure range and participation in settlements reaching seven figures.

Mr. Feinberg is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
