About Peter A. Kraus

That includes qui tam litigation on behalf of whistleblowers exposing fraud waste and abuse through the False Claims Act and legal actions when institutions fail to protect those in their care from sexual abuse. He is a passionate advocate for the rights of individuals to achieve justice in the civil justice system.
