Peter H. Kenlan

Peter Kenlan’s commercial real estate practice includes acquisitions, dispositions, development, title and land use analysis, and leasing. Drawing on his diverse professional experience, Peter helps clients navigate a broad range of complex real estate transactions.

Peter has represented real estate developers, aquaculture farms, timberlands companies, utilities, energy companies, resort owners, nonprofits, and individuals in a broad range of transactions including the acquisition for redevelopment of former paper mill properties, site leasing for solar power generation, residential/commercial development, and acquisition of grid interconnection easements. Peter also works closely with the firm's Business Practice Group on mergers and acquisitions involving real estate assets.
