Peter J. Hardin

Peter Hardin is a shareholder in Dentons Sirote’s Birmingham, Alabama office, where he is a member of the Corporate practice and leads the Dentons Sirote Venture Technology team. He regularly represents companies in a variety of complex matters, including public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, financings, and trademark and copyright issues.

As a trusted advisor to his business clients, Peter regularly handles a wide range of issues across various industries, including banking, technology, health care, pharmaceuticals, conservation easements, financial services and real estate. Peter has extensive experience in all aspects of venture capital and private equity transactions, including negotiation and documentation of venture capital, angel investment, other financing transactions, and investment adviser, investment company and broker-dealer regulation. Peter has represented buyers and sellers in acquisitions and dispositions of public and private companies. He regularly advises clients in all stages of development on general corporate governance matters, corporate restructurings, joint venture transactions, securities offerings, intellectual property matters and general business issues.
