Phil Romero is a Shareholder in the Dallas office of Waddell Serafino Geary RechnerJenevein, PC. Phil has over 20 years of experience handling a broad range of civil litigation matters, including tort actions, premises liability, commercial liability, construction liability, oil and gas exploration operations, and trucking liability. He has extensive experience defending complex, multi-party tort actions against electric utility providers throughout Texas. He also represents electric utilities in other southwest states, including Oklahoma, New Mexico, Colorado and Nevada. Phil offers significant courtroom and trial experience, and regularly speaks to professional organizations regarding risk management and avoidance, and other legal matters.
