R. Daniel "Dan" Douglass

Dan Douglass is an attorney in the Atlanta office of Stites where he practices in the areas of construction law, business litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He has been a member of the Georgia Bar for more than 35 years and is admitted to practice in all Georgia courts and numerous federal courts. He is a member of construction and ADR sections of the American, Georgia and Atlanta Bar Associations, and a past president of the Atlanta Bar Construction Law Section. He has been an active member of the Commercial Arbitrator Panel and Construction Mediator Panel of the American Arbitration Association for more than 25 years. Dan has authored numerous articles and spoken at numerous seminars on construction and ADR topics.

More Than Stites & Harbison

Mr. Douglass is a member of the Kiwanis club of Atlanta, president of the Initiative for Affordable Housing Inc. board, and a member of the Garden Hills Civic Association. He has run the Peachtree Road Race every year since 1985.
