R. David Walker

David Walker is a member of the Real Estate Practice in Greenberg Traurig's Philadelphia office. David focuses his practice on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions on behalf of developers, institutional investors, private equity funds, and others. He has represented clients in connection with real property acquisitions and dispositions, joint venture agreements and secured financings, as well as in the management, leasing and development of office, retail, and industrial projects.

David honed private sector experience as associate general counsel for Rubenstein Partners, a Philadelphia-based private equity real estate investment management and advisory firm, where he routinely oversaw the acquisition, financing, and development of hundreds of millions of dollars in new equity and debt investments.
