Mr. Evans has appeared in many of Ohio’s state courts both at the trial court level and in the courts of appeal, has tried cases in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and has argued before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. He also has substantial training and experience as a mediator.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Evans was a partner at Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP where he was Chair of the Tort Litigation Practice Group and the Transportation and Logistics Practice Group.
