Rachel Counsell

Rachel practices labour, employment, and human rights law. She provides advice and representation to employers on a wide range of workplace issues.

Rachel has represented provincially and federally regulated employers on wrongful dismissal, accommodation and disability, discrimination, and harassment matters. Rachel has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, and Court of Appeal in Ontario. Rachel also provides proactive advice to employers on all areas touching the workforce, and regularly drafts employment contracts and policies to ensure compliance with legislation.
