Rachel Brinson’s practice focuses primarily on business and civil litigation matters. Rachel has been involved in litigation in the North Carolina Business Court as well as North and South Carolina trial courts. Rachel has helped guide clients through alternative dispute resolution methods including arbitrations conducted through the American Arbitration Association as well as voluntary and mandatory mediations. She has also participated in the representation of businesses in Equal Employment Opportunity Commission investigations.
