Randall Walton

A native of Southern California, attorney Randy Walton represents clients in counties throughout the region. His practice, based in North County San Diego, focuses on a range of personal injury and wrongful death cases, including those arising from motor vehicle accidents, work and property injuries, and brain trauma. Mr. Walton firmly believes that individuals harmed by the carelessness of others deserve justice, regardless of the case's size or the severity of the injury. This conviction has driven him to recover millions of dollars for personal injury victims and their families.

In addition to his personal injury work, Mr. Walton dedicates a portion of his practice to holding care facilities accountable for the physical abuse and neglect of elderly and dependent adults. He prosecutes cases against nursing homes, assisted living centers, and home health agencies, addressing the growing issue of elder abuse. To support his advocacy, he is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of both San Diego and California, as well as the National Consumer Voice for Quality Long-Term Care.

Mr. Walton is also a certified mediator with the National Conflict Resolution Center. He demonstrates a strong commitment to his community, having served four years on the San Marcos City Council and ten years on the San Marcos Unified School District's Governing Board. He co-founded Project Next, a non-profit helping high schoolers plan for college or careers, and is a graduate of Leadership North County. An avid surfer, he coached the San Marcos High surf team to three state titles and enjoys hiking and spending time with his family.
