After graduating with honors from Stetson University College of Law, Attorney Rebecca C. Bell joined the Port Richey law firm of Delzer, Coulter & Bell, P.A. She has now been with the firm for more than 10 years, focusing on elder law, Medicaid planning and veterans’ benefits.
She was certified as an Elder Law Specialist by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education in 2006. Presently, there are less than 90 attorneys of the 70,000 licensed attorneys in the State of Florida that have met the educational, experience and professional standards to become designated as an Elder Law Specialist.
