Rebecca E. Gulden (known by her friends, family, and clients as “Becki”) joined Faiella & Gulden, P.A. as a summer associate in 2014 and accepted her current position as an associate attorney in 2015. Since that time, Rebecca’s practice has been exclusively focused on zealously advocating for victims of negligence in cases involving medical malpractice, amusement park negligence, and premises liability.

In 2019, Rebecca was recognized as one of Orlando Style Magazine’s attorneys of the year and was featured in the publication’s October issue alongside her husband (Peter J. Gulden III, a Partner of the firm) and mother-in-law (Elizabeth H. Faiella, the firm’s President). She later received the honor of being voted by her peers as one of Super Lawyers’ “Rising Stars” in both 2021 and 2022. Rebecca has also helped the firm to achieve multiple jury verdicts and settlements in excess of $1 million, including a $3 million verdict, a $3.29 million verdict, and a $4 million verdict.

Rebecca received her Doctor of Jurisprudence magna cum laude from the University of Florida Frederic G. Levin College of Law in 2015, where she made a name for herself through her academic achievements. There, she won the Irving Cypen Freshman Scholastic Achievement Award (bestowed upon the student achieving the highest GPA in her class by the end of the first academic year). Next, she not only earned a place on the school’s Moot Court Team but was also recognized as a Final Four Competitor in the tryouts, earning her a place in the Zimmerman, Kiser, Sutcliffe, Moot Court Final Four Competition, where she and her partner won the award for Best Team. Upon graduating from law school, she was inducted into the University of Florida’s chapter of the prestigious Order of the Coif honorary society. By that time, she had earned the distinction of having received 10 Book Awards (awarded to the student who achieves the highest grade in a law school course) – more than any other student in her graduating class.

Prior to entering law school, Rebecca received her Bachelor of Arts cum laude from the University of Central Florida in 2012, majoring in philosophy and minoring in women’s studies.
