During his career, Mr. Risenmay has experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications related to electronic hardware, electronic software, machine learning/artificial intelligence, electronic communications, analog circuit design, semiconductor fabrication, and medical devices.
Mr. Risenmay has also counseled clients on patent portfolio management, patent acquisition, patentability, patent clearance, and other proceedings at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Mr. Risenmay has worked with both in-house counsel and foreign counsel to manage national and international patent prosecution.
Before joining BSKB, Mr. Risenmay gained extensive experience working as an associate in the patent prosecution departments of various law firms.
