Rhidian D.W. Orr

Rhidian Orr, the owner of the Orr Law Firm, has dedicated his career to DUI and criminal traffic defense. He earned his J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law in 2000, followed by an MBA in 2002, and a B.A. in 1994. A graduate of Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyers College and Terry MacCarthy’s Cross Examination training, Mr. Orr is trained as a practitioner and instructor in standardized field sobriety tests according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) standards. He is also trained in the operation of the Intoxilyzer 9000, Gas Chromatography, and is certified in Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) Overview. Recognized by Super Lawyers® from 2011 to 2020, Mr. Orr received an AV Preeminent® rating from Martindale-Hubbell® in 2014. He is a lifetime member of the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar, NACDL, and NORML. Mr. Orr is also a former Colorado state delegate and a Sustaining Member for the National College for DUI Defense, where he serves as a Faculty Member. Additionally, he has authored the Colorado DUI Survival Guide and contributed to several other legal publications, frequently lecturing at CLEs and DUI defense seminars nationwide.
