Born Tucson, AZ, 1953; admitted to Texas bar 1979; also admitted to practice before U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit; U.S. District Court, Southern and Western Districts of Texas. Board Certified, Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Personal Injury Trial Law. Fancher, partner, defends a wide variety of cases in the State of Texas. Fancher’s practice includes the defense of product liability, construction defect, automobile, premises liability, environmental and toxic torts. His practice also includes the defense of professional liability, as well as errors and omissions claims, in the medical, legal, insurance, and financial fields, along with the defense of insurers against bad faith and other extra-contractual claims.
