Robert A. Miklos, Esq. is proud to be the President of the Latino Lawyers Association of Queens County. As a trial attorney specializing in high exposure cases he has helped recover over $100,000,000 for medical malpractice and negligence victims in the communities of New York State. He has dedicated his life to helping others who have been wrongfully injured by litigating matters ranging from catastrophic negligence cases involving paralysis, brain injury and amputation to complex medical malpractice cases involving surgery, birth and cancer. Robert A. Miklos, Esq.’s success in the courtroom has been recognized by both peer recognition groups and client appreciation sites such as Super Lawyers, Multimillion Dollars Advocate’s Forum, Martindale- Hubbell and Avvo. He has served on the Board of Directors of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and is a proud member of several community organizations.

Robert A. Miklos, Esq. is appointed by the Chief Administrative Judge of the State of New York to serve on the New York State Advisory Committee on Civil Practice. The Committee advises on potential reforms to the Civil Practice Law and Rules (CPLR) to promote fairness, efficiency, and access to justice in New York’s civil courts. In this role, Mr. Miklos draws upon his extensive experience as a trial attorney and leader in the legal profession to help evaluate and recommend improvements to the state’s procedural laws and the administration of civil litigation.

Robert A. Miklos, Esq., a product of New York City’s rich cultural diversity, proudly embraces his Latino Puerto Rican and Hungarian heritage from his father and Irish and Italian heritage from his mother. He has served as a Board of Director on the Latino Lawyers Association of Queens County. He serves his diverse clientele with dedication and understanding, ensuring that all clients feel valued and supported. Robert’s deep connection to his roots is further enriched by his marriage to his wife, who hails from Mexico City. Together, they are raising their three bilingual sons in a culturally diverse and vibrant household.
