Robert C. Gerhard III

Robert C. Gerhard, III is a partner at Gerhard & Gerhard, P.C. in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania, focusing exclusively on elder law with a particular emphasis on asset protection and Medicaid planning for seniors requiring long-term care. Recognized as an authority on Pennsylvania Medicaid law, Mr. Gerhard is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) through the National Elder Law Foundation and a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).
