Mr. Terrell started his legal career as an assistant state attorney with the Office of the State Attorney, Twentieth Judicial Circuit in Fort Myers, Florida. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan he had been a partner at a prestigious law firm in the Fort Myers area and practiced in the areas of insurance defense, premises liability, negligent security, commercial litigation, complex litigation, construction litigation and personal injury litigation.
Mr. Terrell has achieved a Peer Review Rating of AV from Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, which is the highest possible rating for legal ability and ethical standards.
