About Robert J. Doyle
Robert J. Doyle is a partner in the law firm of Due Doyle Fanning & Alderfer, LLP, in Indianapolis, IN. He has served as a mediator in hundreds of worker’s compensation cases and is a faculty member of the ITLA mediation training program. He is a member of the Indianapolis Law Club and has received the Super Lawyer designation for 12 years running. He is past President of the Worker's Compensation Section of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana, and has authored numerous articles on tort, insurance, and worker’s compensation issues in the State of Indiana. Publications have included Author, "Jury Trials in Indiana," National Business Institute, 1993; Indiana Worker's Compensation and the ADA 1993; "Occupational Disease" Indiana Continuing Legal Education form 1994; Advanced Worker's Compensation National Business Institute 1994, 1996; Occupational Disease and Psychological Injury, Norman Education Services, 1998; Control Medical Costs, Indiana Self - Insured Association, 1997; "What Every Tort Lawyer Should Know," The Indiana Lawyer, 1998; The Fifth Edition Guides to the Evaluation of Impairment, The Indiana Law, 2001; "Future Worker's Compensation Claims," Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum, 2001; Defending Permanent Disability Claims, Indiana Insurance Institute, 2001; Motion practice before the Worker's Compensation Board, Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum, 2004; Ethical considerations in Worker's Compensation, Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum, 2005; 2nd Injury Fund and Benefit Constitutions, Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum, 2005.
