Robert M. Scott

ROBERT M. SCOTT, born in Cleveland, holds an A.B. degree from St. Louis University and J.D. degree from The University of Toledo. He is admitted to the bar in Ohio; U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio; U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth District; and U.S. Court of Federal Claims. A member of the Toledo, and American Bar Associations and The American Association for Justice, he is a past trustee of the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers and past Secretary/Treasurer and past President of the Toledo Area Trial Lawyers Association. He is currently on the Editorial Advisory Board of Ohio Trial and a past Contributing Editor of West's Tort Law Journal.
