Robert P. Luber

Attorney Robert P. Luber brings a unique blend of legal ingenuity and business acumen to his practice, having transitioned from a successful career in real estate development. With over 20 years as CEO and founder of a residential real estate and appraisal firm, he now channels his in-depth understanding of complex legal and emotional challenges into family law. A graduate of the Massachusetts School of Law, Robert holds a J.D. earned in 2014, and holds an MBA from Suffolk University obtained in 1998, in addition to a B.A. from Clark University in economics and psychology. Attorney Luber specializes in high-conflict divorce cases, child custody, paternal actions, modifications, contempt, and equity actions. His firm advocacy for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) positions him as a leader in negotiating settlements that avoid the courtroom. As a Certified Mediator, Robert works diligently to help clients achieve resolutions that uphold their best interests. He is an active member of several professional associations, including the American, Massachusetts, and Boston Bar Associations. Balancing his professional and personal life, Robert is a devoted husband and father of three teenagers. In his free time, he coaches Little League for children with disabilities and enjoys following Boston’s sports teams.
