Robert S. Driscoll

Robert S. Driscoll is a shareholder in Reinhart’s Labor and Employment Practice. Rob’s practice covers a wide variety of litigation-related issues facing employers including claims of unlawful discrimination and/or retaliation, disputes over noncompete agreements and other restrictive covenants, wage and hour claims (both individual and class actions), and he also represents clients in appeals. Rob counsels employers to help them avoid disputes before they start with a particular emphasis on discrimination (including disability discrimination), wage and hour issues, and noncompete agreements. Rob also practices in the area of traditional labor law, including collective bargaining, union campaigns, proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, and labor arbitrations.

With more than 10 years of experience, Rob is an accomplished attorney who takes the time to get to know his clients’ needs and goals in order to provide effective legal solutions. His clients appreciate that he respects their budgets by carefully evaluating the costs and benefits and providing available options that would allow them to resolve disputes without the need for litigation. However, when litigation is unavoidable, he works with his clients to devise an effective strategy for prevailing in the case.

Prior to joining the firm, Rob was a law clerk for the Honorable Diane S. Sykes, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from The University of Notre Dame Law School, his Master of Politics from the University of Dallas and his B.A., summa cum laude, from Hillsdale College.
