Robert W. Carpenter has represented clients in many complex family law matters for over 30 years in Boston and surrounding counties.

Mr. Carpenter is conveniently located on Beacon Hill in Boston, and practices in all Massachusetts Probate and Family Courts including, Bristol, Suffolk, Middlesex, Plymouth, Norfolk, Essex, and Worcester counties. Attorney Carpenter also represents defendants and victims of domestic violence in criminal matters in the Massachusetts District Courts.

Providing diligent and aggressive representation, Mr. Carpenter is a graduate of Saint Louis University and earned his Juris Doctor and MBA degrees in 1985, he holds a B.S. in Political Scient/Public Administration from Northeastern University where he graduated with highest honors.

Admitted to Massachusetts State Bar, the Massachusetts District Court, and Massachusetts US Court of Appeals. Attorney Carpenter is a member of the American Bar Association and is a Discovery Master in the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court. He also volunteers as an ARC, Attorney Representing Children, in the Norfolk Probate and Family Court.
