Rocky Wilkins was born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi in 1996 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 1999.

For more than fifteen years, Mr. Wilkins litigated personal injury law privately in Jackson before joining Morgan and Morgan in May 2017 as a partner. He is currently the Managing Partner of the firm’s Mississippi office and serves as National Trial Counsel.

Mr. Wilkins concentrates his practice on personal injury, products liability, automobile accident litigation, semi-truck cases, premises liability, and fire-related cases. Notable examples include drug and products liability litigation involving Baycol, the Rouse Polymerics Plant explosion in Vicksburg, Mississippi, and the Lakeview Manor Apartment fire that tragically resulted in the deaths of four children.

Over his career, Mr. Wilkins has tried more than sixty cases to verdict and secured numerous substantial awards, including more than ten verdicts exceeding $1,000,000 and one in excess of $10,000,000.

Mr. Wilkins frequently speaks at seminars on the topics of trial practice, personal injury litigation, and evidence. He also teaches Trial Practice as an adjunct professor at Mississippi College School of Law.

Mr. Wilkins is admitted to the Mississippi, Arkansas, Georgia, Oklahoma, and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He is also an active member of the Mississippi Association for Justice and the American Board of Trial Advocates. His professional achievements have earned him recognition as a Super Lawyer (2014-2025) and previously as a Rising Star (2009-2012).

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Wilkins co-hosts Law Call, a live weekly television program that addresses legal topics and answers questions from viewers.
