Roger W. Williams

Roger Williams is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Roger is a transactional attorney who focuses his practice on the acquisition, leasing, and sale of commercial real estate, construction projects, and commercial lending. He represents developers in all phases of the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and sale of various kinds of commercial properties, including apartment complexes, office buildings, shopping centers, and build-to-suit retail projects.

In addition, Roger regularly represents borrowers in connection with loans under the Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD/FHA loan programs. He also frequently represents lenders in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, is a title agent for multiple underwriters, and regularly serves as title agent in commercial real estate transactions.

Roger is listed in Chambers USA and The Best Lawyers in America, where he has been named Jackson’s “Lawyer of the Year” in Real Estate Law and Commercial Transactions/UCC Law.
