Rosette Nahman

Rosette Nahman’s practice concentrates on corporate transactions including private merger transactions, stock and asset sales, joint ventures, investments and other business transactions. Additionally, Ms. Nahman advises private companies, boards of directors and board committees with respect to corporate governance matters.

Ms. Nahman earned her Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from the Pepperdine Caruso School of Law and worked as an associate attorney in the Corporate Department of Gibson Dunn prior to joining the firm. Ms. Nahman received her Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, from Loyola Marymount University in Mechanical Engineering with a Minor in Chemistry. Ms. Nahman is admitted to practice law in the State of California.
