Ryan S. Cook

As an associate attorney at Shepherd Smith Edwards & Kantas LLP for over five years, Ryan Cook has successfully litigated numerous cases on behalf of individual and institutional investors with investment disputes and securities-related issues against financial advisors and brokerage firms, both in arbitration and court.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Cook worked in the securities industry as a licensed and registered representative for a large broker/dealer. The knowledge and experience of the investment practices, processes, and strategies employed by brokerage firms has had a significant impact on his practice and contributed to his successes on behalf of his clients. Mr. Cook is a strong advocate for his clients and prides himself on guiding clients through every step of the legal process.
