Sam Shimon Soleimany

Sam Soleimany is a Partner at DeWitt Algorri & Algorri, LLP where he has successfully represented numerous clients against insurance companies, securing significant recoveries, including several noteworthy jury verdicts. He holds a background in cognitive science and psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles, and earned a graduate degree from the State University of New York on a full scholarship. Sam received his law degree from Loyola Law School, where he earned First Honors in Trial Advocacy and Advanced Torts.

During law school, Sam served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Marvin M. Lager at the Los Angeles Superior Court. After graduating, he joined DeWitt Algorri & Algorri in 2013, focusing exclusively on representing victims against government entities and private insurance companies. Among his notable cases, Sam contributed to a $468,000 verdict in Timmerman v. Lambert for a bicyclist struck by a motor vehicle, and a $19 million verdict in Marin v. Ganuelas for a young woman severely injured in a rear-end collision.
