Samuel S. Baskin

Sam is a shareholder with Wilson Cribbs + Goren who primarily assists clients with transactional matters covering the development, leasing, acquisition, and disposition of all types and classes of real property.

Like many of his colleagues, Sam grew up in both the real estate and legal industries, with family members in both. While attending the University of Texas, he began his schooling in real estate in earnest, by studying finance with a focus in real estate and participating in programs such as the University of Texas REIT Analyst Program, a joint MBA/undergraduate program that researched, prepared models of, and invested in REITs in each sector.

Sam earned his B.B.A. from the University of Texas in 2011 and his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 2014. He handled real estate transactions for law firms in San Antonio and Houston before joining Wilson Cribbs + Goren in 2019. Since joining Wilson Cribbs + Goren, he has worked with a wide variety of clients, helping them to navigate complex transactions and develop effective strategies.
