Sarah E. Atlas

Sarah is a trial-experienced associate who focuses her practice on a broad range of complex business disputes in state and federal courts across the country. Sarah’s experience is broad, and includes litigating disputes involving corporate governance, shareholder actions, proxy contests, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and partnerships, intellectual property, construction, regulator actions, employment, antitrust, real estate, product liability defense, class action defense and white collar defense. Sarah also has experience conducting internal investigations and participating in alternative dispute resolution, including domestic and international arbitrations and mediations.

Sarah represents clients from a wide range of industries, including pharmaceutical and medical device companies, financial institutions, start-ups, investment funds, consumer products, real estate development, manufacturing, and the energy and natural gas sectors.

Sarah is experienced in all phases of litigation, including pre-suit negotiations and investigations, drafting pretrial motion practice and pleadings, oral argument, fact and expert discovery, trials, and appeals. She handles complex discovery matters, including taking and defending principal depositions, and preparing and presenting witnesses for deposition and trial.
