Scott A. Bachert

Scott A. Bachert is a distinguished attorney known for his legal acumen and contributions in various legal fields. Renowned for his work in bankruptcy and commercial law, Scott served as a Panel Bankruptcy Trustee for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Western District of Kentucky, from 1992 to 2005. His leadership within the legal community is underscored by his role as President of the Bowling Green - Warren County Bar Association in 1989 and as Chairman of the Kentucky Bar Association's Commercial Code Committee from 1988 to 1989.
