With almost 20-years of experience and an impressive track record as lead counsel in nearly 500 high-stakes Superior Court and binding arbitration lawsuits, Scott has demonstrated unwavering dedication for seeking justice for his clients. His determination, strategic approach, and meticulous nature have time and again secured favorable outcomes.

Scott is a proud native of Cleveland, Ohio. After graduating from Cleveland State University with a focus in his studies on bioethics, he made Southern California his home in 2004, where he went on to attend Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles. Scott spent a decade as a shareholder in a storied state-wide medical malpractice defense firm before joining WSHB. When he's not advocating for his clients, Scott channels his competitive spirit into cheering for his beloved Cleveland sports teams.
