Scott Sumner is a Michigan State University graduate earning a Jurist Doctorate degree from Michigan State University College of Law 1989. I was also the past president of the Rochester Bar Association, I sit on the MOOT court of law for the local judges, and I am licensed to practice law in the United States Federal Court.
