Sean C. Chang

Sean Chang focuses his practice on government and internal investigations and regulatory enforcement matters. He has helped clients navigate investigations by the US Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, the Federal Trade Commission, and state attorneys general, among other regulators. Mr. Chang has advised clients on matters involving the intersection of legal, regulatory, and policy issues, including those related to consumer protection, content moderation, and artificial intelligence. He also has experience representing corporate clients in complex civil litigation matters in state and federal courts. Mr. Chang maintains an active pro bono practice, with a focus on reproductive rights and LGBTQ asylum cases.
