Seth M. Thomas

Seth Thomas is a partner in the Bose McKinney & Evans Environmental and Litigation Groups, where he helps lead the Insurance Recovery initiative. He advises clients in disputes involving environmental cleanup, insurance coverage, class action suits, commercial litigation and contracts. In addition, he counsels clients on legal and business risks from internal and external investigations, business relationships and litigation. He works to protect policyholders’ rights, securing the benefits pledged under the applicable policy or policies and achieving the maximum recovery appropriate under law. The insurance recovery team assists from initial policy review to final resolution, navigating complex insurance issues and achieving the results businesses need.

Prior to joining Bose McKinney & Evans, Seth was in-house counsel for a leading national home security organization. He took on this role after serving as a legal fellow assisting on child exploitation cases with International Justice Mission (IJM) in the Philippines for 18 months. Before joining IJM, he advised clients on business, litigation and environmental matters at a large Indianapolis law firm.
