Shannon Kroeger

Shannon Kroeger is a founding partner of Family First Law Group, PLLC and a distinguished Family Law attorney serving Alexandria, VA and the broader Northern Virginia region. With more than 20 years of courtroom experience, Shannon’s legal practice encompasses complex custody cases, divorce, estate planning, and mediation. She is well known for her strategic approach and deep compassion, guiding clients through challenging family law matters with diligence and integrity. Shannon is a recognized leader in the legal field, regularly presenting continuing legal education courses in domestic relations and actively participating as a member of both the Fairfax and Alexandria Bar Associations. She also serves as a volunteer conciliator in Fairfax County courts. Her exemplary work has earned her recognition as a Virginia Super Lawyer and among Virginia Business Magazine’s Legal Elite. Prior to co-founding Family First Law Group, PLLC, Shannon was a principal at a prominent Northern Virginia law firm. A lifelong area resident, she is a graduate of Mary Washington College and the University of Richmond School of Law, and currently resides in Vienna with her husband and two children.
