Stéphane Lalande

With extensive experience in real estate law, including 10 years as a notary, Stéphane Lalande has developed a practice focused mainly on acquisitions, financings and real property dispositions. He has been involved in many transactions acting for developers and investors regarding major real estate, office building and commercial center projects.

Mr. Lalande has extensive experience representing both lenders and borrowers regarding all types of real estate financings, such as mezzanine, project, construction, term or sale and leaseback financings. In the area of structured financings, he acts on behalf of clients particularly with respect to commercial mortgage portfolio securitization. His clientele is also composed of real estate developers and investors involved in acquisitions and project development. In light of Mr. Lalande’s particular expertise, he often provides his clients with advice regarding title reviews.
