Stacey D. Spivey

Stacey D. Spivey's practice focuses on estate planning and trust and estate administration and litigation. Ms. Spivey works with individuals to prepare and implement their estate plans to meet family, tax and other goals, including business succession planning. She also works with individuals and fiduciaries on the management and settlement of trusts and estates, including probate administration, preparation of federal estate and gift tax returns, and estate and trust litigation matters.

Ms. Spivey represents individuals and fiduciaries in estate and gift tax controversy matters before the Internal Revenue Service and Oklahoma Tax Commission. Ms. Spivey also has experience in guardianship and business entity matters, as well as charitable planning.

Ms. Spivey is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and has served as a coordinator for its Heart of America Fellows Institute. She served as 2007 Chair of the Oklahoma Bar Association Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Section. Ms. Spivey is listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the fields of Trusts and Estates (2006 to present), Trusts and Estates Litigation (2011 to present), and Closely Held Companies and Family Businesses Law (2014 to present).
