Stephen C. Jimenez

Stephen C. Jimenez focuses his practice on the representation of individuals and businesses in all areas of civil litigation, including but not limited to insurance coverage disputes, professional malpractice, extra-contractual liability (bad faith), premises liability, products liability, inadequate security, personal injury and wrongful death. During law school, Stephen received Book Awards in the areas of Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Federal Income Tax, Professional Responsibility, and Negotiable Instruments. Stephen received his J.D. from the Nova Southeastern University Shepard College of Law and graduated Summa Cum Laude. While at Nova Southeastern, he was a member of the Nova Law Review, Moot Court Society, Toastmasters, as well as a teaching assistant to first year law students in Tort Law. He received his B.A. in History and a Minor in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University.
