Stephen D. Moore, Jr.

Steve is a member of the firm’s Board of Directors and a corporate transactional lawyer in the firm’s Business and Healthcare practice areas. Steve’s practice for more than 20 years has focused on the representation of clients in their most important and complicated transactions, including the negotiation and documentation of mergers, acquisitions and stock and asset sales, joint ventures, private equity investments and financings. Steve also represents clients and executives in the development of executive compensation packages, including those entered into in connection with mergers and acquisitions.

Steve works within a team of firm lawyers with extensive experience in assisting clients in their due diligence efforts, entity selection and structuring, corporate governance, borrowings and general contract matters. He also enjoys working with clients to implement their strategic plans and frequently provides general legal and business advice. Steve is business minded and is firmly focused on helping clients achieve their business objectives in a prudent and practical manner.

Steve represents a wide range of clients, including both public and privately held entities, early-stage entities, and global Fortune 500 organizations, in numerous industries including the logistics, automotive, medical, legal and financial services, agricultural, and healthcare industries. Steve also represents private equity groups and investors in their investments.
