Stephen James Soos

Stephen J. Soos is an associate attorney in the Buffalo, NY law firm of Magavern Magavern Grimm, LLP. He concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning; trust and estates administration; estate and trust litigation; elder law; and asset protection for Medicaid purposes.

Experience

Before joining Magavern Magavern Grimm, Mr. Soos worked as a law clerk at another local firm where he counselled clients with respect to estates and trust matters. His experience includes estate administration as well as estate planning including helping clients create estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, and other advance directives.

Mr. Soos is admitted to practice before all New York State Courts. Mr. Soos is also licensed in Florida and assists New York and Florida residents with wills and estate administration.
