Steven Earl Kranz

Steven Kranz is a trial attorney at Morgan & Morgan’s West Palm Beach office. Mr. Kranz is a native of Palm Beach County and has a passion for representing individuals and families injured in motor vehicle accidents. Mr. Kranz prides himself on his work ethic and his 24/7 availability for his clients.

Mr. Kranz earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida. He then continued his education at the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law, where he received book awards in his Trial Practice and First Amendment Theory courses.

Following graduation, Mr. Kranz returned to his hometown of West Palm Beach, Florida, where he worked as a defense attorney. There, he rose to the rank of partner while defending some of America’s largest corporations and insurance companies in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death actions across the state of Florida arising from automobile accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, and product liability claims.

After seven years of working on behalf of the defense, Mr. Kranz decided to use his skills and knowledge of the insurance industry’s tactics and practices to fight for those injured by others’ negligence and joined Morgan & Morgan. For his work, Mr. Kranz has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star, an honor bestowed on only 2.5% of Florida lawyers.

Aside from his work in the courtroom, Mr. Kranz is very involved in the legal community. He currently serves as President-Elect of the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section. He has also moderated and spoken at several sessions of the annual Palm Beach County Bench Bar Conference, including the 2026 Personal Injury and Wrongful Death section. Mr. Kranz has also been selected to serve on the University of Florida’s Law Alumni Council.

In his spare time, Mr. Kranz enjoys coaching youth sports, watching college football, golfing, and spending time with his wife, two sons, and Golden Retriever.
