Steven Todd Adams

As the founding partner of Adams | Howell, Todd currently serves as both the Managing Partner of the firm and head the Commercial Real Estate Department. In addition to his leadership duties, he concentrates his practice in commercial real estate acquisition, leasing, disposition, title certification and title defect resolution.

Todd actively represents a Fortune 250 company in all real estate matters related to the operation and development of their nationwide retail sites, a nationwide fuel distributor in its acquisition of companies and associated real estate matters, a national developer in its development of senior living centers and high-end residential subdivisions in the Southeast, and multiple national title companies, regional law firms and local title agencies in providing commercial title certifications and accompanying title defect resolution for real property located throughout North Carolina.

Outside of the demanding schedule of Adams | Howell, Todd enjoys time with his wife, Whitney, and the good times associated with raising their 4 very young daughters. Todd is a member of Colonial Baptist Church in Cary, NC where he serves as an usher.
