Stuart C. Woo

Stuart Woo works as a senior associate attorney in the Workers' Compensation department at Mastagni Holstedt, APC. He is dedicated to representing clients from northern California and the Bay Area in hearings and trials before various Workers’ Compensation Appeals Boards throughout the region. Stuart's career includes eight years as a deputy trial counsel in the Office of the Chief Trial Counsel for the State Bar of California, where he prosecuted attorney ethics and discipline cases before the State Bar Court. Additionally, he plays a key role in overseeing continuing legal education courses provided to attorneys at the firm. An active member of the Sacramento County Bar Association, Stuart contributes to the Diversity Hiring and Retention Committee. Beyond his legal practice, he is also a Scoutmaster with the local Boy Scouts of America, reflecting his commitment to community involvement and mentoring.
