About Sylvain A. Vauclair
Sylvain Vauclair has been practicing insolvency law for over thirty years and represents all stakeholders, from debtors and creditors’ committees to bondholders, CCAA monitors, trustees in bankruptcy and lenders. His work is now particularly focused on restructuring matters. He appears in the insolvency law section of the following law directories: Who's Who Legal, Best Lawyers in Canada, The 2008 Lexpert®/American Lawyer Guide to the Leading 500 Lawyers in Canada, Lexpert Directory and Lexpert® Guide to the Leading US/Canada Cross-Border Litigation Lawyers (2009). He is a member of the Insolvency Institute of Canada and is a regular lecturer on insolvency issues.
