Tamara Suden has wide-ranging experience handling branding issues, including trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property matters. She regularly counsels clients on selection, proper use, registration, and enforcement of foreign and domestic trademarks and copyrights. Her in-house experience at a global technology company included managing a worldwide trademark portfolio as well as handling licensing and commercial agreements and the intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions due diligence. She also has considerable experience providing pre-litigation advice/risk assessment as well as handling active litigation matters involving intellectual property, contract, commercial, class action, securities, product liability, and employment issues.
