Attorney Tara Swartz founded Swartz Law, LLC in 2011 to assist employees and small businesses in all aspects of employment law claims, business formation and compliance. She represents clients in Boston and throughout Massachusetts, as well as in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area in Kansas and Missouri.

She attended the University of Massachusetts at Amherst where she received undergraduate degrees in Journalism and Sport Management and participated on the Women's Gymnastics Team as a full-scholarship athlete.
