Taurien Buffaloe

Taurien Buffaloe is a member of the Corporate Practice in Greenberg Traurig's Philadelphia office. Taurien focuses his practice on counseling investment funds including mutual funds, private funds, closed-end funds, and exchange-traded funds, as well as investment advisers. His experience includes fund formation and organization, and preparation and review of investment company and private fund offering documents, investment company and investment adviser regulatory filings, SEC comment-response letters, and fund board materials.

Taurien has private sector experience, including having served as a financial analyst at Stursberg & Fine Investment Banking, where he oversaw and coordinated due diligence and underwriting for commercial real estate financing transactions averaging $10 million that were ultimately included in securitized CMBS pools.
